Do PBMCs come with flow cytometry data, clinical patient information, or treatment status details?

1 Answer

Electronic medical records are an option to be included with the PBMC sample, as well as, flow cytometry and other phenotypic testing.

YES – we can often accommodate treatment-naive samples including various cancers, and you can specify immunosupression status or other requirements in the I/E criteria.

Self-reported infectious disease testing is always available and some of our products have additional testing.

HLA-typing is available for some of our PBMC products.

YES to both – Unique donors can be specified, and multiple vials from the same donor can be arranged. You can specify these requirements when ordering.

Healthy PBMCs achieve over 90% vialbity post-thaw. Although our disease-state PBMCs are processed with same stringent SOP, there is more variability depending upon disease. Learn more about our post thaw viability here. https://sanguinebio.com/pbmc-viability-quality-assurance/
