Allergy Plasma | High-Quality Human Plasma from Allergy Donors

Allergy Plasma is collected from donors clinically diagnosed with allergies and processed within hours of collection to preserve key analytes such as cytokines, proteins, and metabolites. This human plasma supports research focused on inflammatory pathways, immune profiling, and biomarker discovery in allergy pathophysiology.

Product Features

  • Research Use Only (RUO)
  • Plasma collected from clinically confirmed allergy donors
  • Processed within one day of collection
  • IRB-approved protocols and informed consent
  • Custom aliquot volumes available upon request

De-identified Donor Data

  • Verified allergy diagnosis
  • Demographic data: age, sex assigned at birth, race/ethnicity
  • Donor-reported medications, allergies, and comorbidities
  • Additional allergy-specific metadata available

Applications

  • Biomarker discovery and validation
  • Cytokine and inflammation profiling
  • Metabolomics and proteomics studies
  • Therapeutic response research

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • IRB-approved and HIPAA-compliant protocols
  • Electronic informed consent with 21 CFR Part 11 – compliant e-signatures
  • Documentation support available for regulatory review

Do plasma samples come with clinical information (autoantibody status, HbA1c values, IHC results, stage information, genetic mutation data)?

1 Answer

YES – Comprehensive medical records are available and may contain information regarding autoantibody status.

YES – Sanguine offers both inventory for select conditions, as well as, prospective collection. For inventory visit https://sanguinebio.com/products/plasma/?pro_inventory=inventory.

We never thaw our plasma samples before shipping.

Our standard aliquot size for plasma is 1 mL but we have bulk plasma (50 to 150 mL) available for select conditions. https://sanguinebio.com/product/human-bulk-plasma/

YES – Sanguine bio provides “age-matched healthy controls” and longitudinal studies capabilities.

YES – custom age specifications available – The “Specify I/E Criteria” service allows you to define specific age ranges for donor selection.

Age ranges available – Donor metadata includes age specifications, and you can specify inclusion/exclusion criteria. For pediatric samples specifically, contact learnmore@sanguinebio.com.
