Sanguine Presents: Pain Management Workshop

Are you experiencing chronic pain?

Do you experience nerve pain due to a neurological or auto-immune disease?

Sanguine invites you to a special FREE workshop to teach a very powerful but simple technique to manage pain.

Join us on Sunday, November 15th and Sunday, November 22nd at 9AM PST on Zoom!

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as “tapping”, is a highly effective tool for pain relief, even for chronic pain or severe pain due to illness. EFT targets the part of the brain called the amygdala, which is responsible for our fight or flight response. By calming down the amygdala through “tapping,” the nervous system relaxes and provides relief from physical pain. While EFT is primarily implemented for emotional needs, it has a profound ability to alleviate pain.

In this two part workshop, you will experience the effects of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, for pain and learn how to implement this technique on your own in nearly any situation. You will learn how to use this during a meeting or while socializing without anybody even noticing!

About the Presenter: Kaley Zeitouni is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been using EFT with her clients for several years. She herself used EFT to alleviate severe nerve pain that she experienced for years caused by Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (MS). After living with MS for 18 years, Kaley took a deep dive into the mind-body connection and by applying a range of scientifically backed mind-body techniques, she managed to reverse her disease. She has been symptom free for over a decade and is dedicated to helping others experience long-lasting relief from chronic illness. Today, Kaley is an Illness Recovery Coach and helps clients with a range of diagnoses experience relief by accessing the mind-body connection.

1. Is this safe?

EFT is non-invasive and cannot harm you in any way.

2. Will I have to share anything personal if I attend?

If you don’t want to share you don’t have to. We will ask for volunteers to demonstrate the technique and will also have breakout groups to practice on each other. No one will be forced to share anything personal if they don’t want to.

3. I have limited range of motion in my hands, can I still do this?

It is important to be able to use your hands in order to participate fully; however, our presenter has experience dealing with different levels of ability. If you let us know in advance, Kaley can create an adjusted approach for you to use during the workshop.

4. I’ve tried EFT before but it didn’t help me.

I hear that a lot and firmly believe it’s all about the practitioner. Having endured severe nerve pain for years, I can relate to pain in a different way than many practitioners. I have even had expert EFT Trainers come to me for pain relief since I have a nuanced approach.
