  1. Screening: After you sign up for a study, a research coordinator will reach out for a quick 10–15 minute phone screening. Since each study has specific requirements, this helps us find the perfect match for you. During this call, we'll ask about your health and demographic details. Your honest answers are key, and we guarantee that your information will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
  2. Informed Consent & Documentation: Informed consent ensures that you understand your rights as a participant. We’ll guide you through the process, making sure you're comfortable with everything before moving forward.
  3. Appointment: Once everything is set, we’ll schedule an at-home visit with one of our certified mobile medical professionals or you will go to our apheresis center depending upon the type of sample collection.
  4. Compensation: After your appointment, you’ll receive a prepaid card as compensation. Even more rewarding, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’ve contributed to advancing scientific research!
