High-Quality PBMCs for Research

Human PBMCs are sourced from healthy and disease-state donors and processed under controlled conditions to support high-quality research. These cryopreserved peripheral blood mononuclear cells enable studies in immune function, cytokine response, biomarker discovery, cell therapy research, and therapeutic screening.

Whether you need PBMCs as matched controls, disease-state comparators, or custom donor-defined samples, Sanguine helps research teams source PBMCs aligned to protocol requirements and downstream assay needs.

Product Features

  • Research use only cryopreserved human PBMCs
  • Sourced from healthy and disease-state donors
  • Available in cell counts ranging from 5 million to 2 billion
  • Processed within 24 hours of collection
  • Preserved using CryoStor CS10 freezing media
  • Designed to support cell viability and functional assays
  • IRB-approved protocols and electronic informed consent
  • Screening and bulk-order support available for larger PBMC programs

De-identified Donor Data

Available donor-level information helps researchers select PBMC samples that align to study design and population requirements.

  • Donor demographics including age, sex assigned at birth, and race/ethnicity
  • Self-reported allergies and infectious disease history
  • Healthy donor and disease-state context where applicable
  • Additional donor-specific data available upon request
  • Study-specific donor requirements may be supported for custom programs

Applications

Human PBMCs support a broad range of immunology and translational research workflows.

  • Biomarker discovery and validation
  • Drug screening and therapeutic development
  • Immune pathway analysis
  • Cytokine and functional immune assays
  • Transcriptomic and proteomic profiling
  • Cell-based assay development
  • Matched control and disease-state comparison studies

Quality and Compliance

  • IRB-approved collections and protocols
