Cancer PBMCs
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from donors with confirmed cancer diagnoses, supplied as cryopreserved vials with the cell count per vial recorded on the certificate of analysis. Single-donor lots are the default so you can hold donor identity constant across assays.
Researchers use these lots for immune profiling by flow cytometry and CyTOF, CAR-T target discovery and screening against patient-derived effector cells, and tumor-reactive T cell studies including antigen-specific expansion and TCR repertoire work.
Cancer Serum
Drawn off the clot with no anticoagulant, so the matrix matches the serum most commercial immunoassay kits were validated on. Frozen 1 mL aliquots are standard, with larger single-donor volumes available on request.
Common uses are biomarker discovery and verification, building standard curves against a clinically characterised population, and longitudinal draws from the same donor across a disease course.
Cancer Plasma
Collected in EDTA, heparin or citrate depending on your downstream assay, so nothing is consumed by clotting. Tube type and processing details are recorded for each lot.
Cancer plasma supports ctDNA and liquid biopsy research, and cytokine and proteomic panels.
Cancer Whole Blood
Fresh, unprocessed blood from cancer donors in your choice of anticoagulant — EDTA, sodium heparin or citrate — with same-day shipping so material reaches the bench inside the assay window.
Use it for genomic and transcriptomic work such as DNA and RNA extraction, whole-blood expression profiling, and flow cytometry that requires material that has never been frozen.
Donor-Matched Cancer Sets
PBMCs, serum, plasma and whole blood can be supplied from the same donor and the same draw. One collection, one clinical record, several specimen types.
That removes inter-donor variability from your comparison. When a cell assay and a soluble biomarker assay run on material from two different people, differences in genetics, medication history and collection timing are baked into the result and have to be modelled around. Matched sets let you attribute a difference to the specimen or the assay rather than to the donor.
Healthy donor controls matched on age band and sex are available for case-control designs, collected under the same protocol so the comparison holds.

Each lot carries the confirmed diagnosis, current medications, donor demographics, collection and processing detail, aliquot volume or cell count and format. Collections run under IRB-approved protocols with consented donors and HIPAA-compliant data handling.
