Healthy CD34+ Cord Blood Cells
About: Healthy CD34+ Cord Blood Cells are isolated from the umbilical cord blood of consented healthy donors. These multipotent hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) are ideal for studies in hematopoiesis, cell and gene therapy development, and the creation of humanized mouse models.
Healthy CD34+ Cord Blood Cells
High-purity human CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) isolated from umbilical cord blood.
Human CD34+ cells are purified from umbilical cord blood sourced from healthy, full-term deliveries under strict protocols. As the primary markers for primitive hematopoietic stem cells, CD34+ cells possess the unique ability to self-renew and differentiate into all lineages of the blood and immune system, including myeloid and lymphoid cells.
Compared to adult bone marrow-derived stem cells, cord blood-derived CD34+ cells are considered more “naive,” offering higher proliferative potential and greater expansion capacity in vitro. These cells are essential for researchers investigating stem cell biology, hematopoietic reconstitution, and the development of next-generation cell therapies. Available cryopreserved in specialized media, these cells ensure high post-thaw viability and immediate readiness for downstream assays.
