Our goal
Putting donors first
Our mission is to make participation in research possible for the people your studies depend on — regardless of their location or ability to travel. That is why the community exists, and why donors stay in it.
We work directly with individuals and advocacy groups to accelerate research through convenience and transparency, guiding each donor every step of the way — so when your study needs them, they are ready.
What sets the community apart
We build and maintain donor relationships ourselves, so you work with people we know, not leftover samples.
Recallable donors
We can go back to the same donor for longitudinal draws, added timepoints, or follow-up sample types.
Opted in and active
Donors choose to join and stay active over time, so you're reaching people who want to participate.
Verified and consented
Diagnoses are confirmed against medical records, with treatment history, clinical datapoints, and broad research consent built in.
In-home collection
Mobile phlebotomists collect at the donor's home, widening geography, lifting participation, and keeping time-to-lab short.
Explore our Conditions
The community covers more than 150 diagnosed conditions, organized by therapeutic area. Select a condition to see the biospecimens available from donors with that diagnosis.
