Transparent Shipping Charges

Shipping temperature-sensitive biospecimens costs more than a book in a mailer — but it shouldn't be a mystery. Here's exactly what you're paying for.

Shown before you pay

Your shipping charge appears in the order summary at checkout — before you enter payment details. There are no hidden fees added after you place an order.

Cold-chain included

Cryopreserved and frozen samples ship with the packaging and dry ice needed to hold temperature for the full transit window. Packaging and refrigerant are part of the shipping charge, not a separate line item.

Delivery windows

In-stock samples typically ship within a 2–3 business day processing window. Made-to-order and custom collections follow the timeline in your quote. Every shipment includes tracking from our door to yours.

Worldwide delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country — these are set by local authorities and are outside our control.

One order, one charge

Where possible, items in the same order ship together under a single shipping charge. If your order needs to split — for example, an in-stock lot plus a custom collection — we'll tell you before you confirm.
