Your account
Your account is protected by your password and, where enabled, email verification. Never share your login — our team will never ask for your password by email or phone.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to process your orders and respond to your requests: contact details, institution, shipping and billing addresses, and order history. We don't sell your information to third parties.
How it's stored
Account and order data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to staff who need it to fulfil your order or support your account.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider — full card numbers never touch our systems. If you prefer not to pay by card, you can request an invoice at checkout.
Donor privacy
All biospecimens are de-identified. Donors are consented under IRB-approved protocols, and no personally identifiable donor information is ever included with a sample or its documentation.
