Healthy Mobilized CD34+ Cells
About: Healthy Mobilized CD34+ Cells are purified hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) isolated from the peripheral blood of G-CSF–mobilized healthy donors. These multipotent stem cells are widely used in hematopoiesis research, stem cell biology, and cell and gene therapy development, including studies requiring high-yield peripheral blood stem cells.
Healthy Mobilized CD34+ Cells
High-purity human CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) isolated from G-CSF–mobilized peripheral blood.
Human mobilized CD34+ cells are isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy donors following granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) mobilization under strict protocols. Mobilization increases the number of circulating hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), allowing efficient collection of CD34+ cells through leukapheresis.
CD34+ cells represent a key population of primitive hematopoietic stem cells capable of self-renewal and differentiation into all major blood and immune lineages, including myeloid and lymphoid cells. Compared with bone marrow-derived stem cells, mobilized peripheral blood CD34+ cells offer higher cell yields and are widely used in transplantation research, regenerative medicine, and cell and gene therapy development.
These cells are cryopreserved in optimized media to ensure high post-thaw viability and functional integrity, enabling immediate use in downstream assays such as genome editing, viral vector transduction, and stem cell expansion studies.
