Healthy CD4+ T Cells
Disease-State Human CD4+ T Cells for Autoimmune Immunology Research
Human CD4+ T Cells are purified from peripheral blood of IRB-consented donors clinically diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). These helper T lymphocytes play a central role in autoimmune pathogenesis through abnormal activation, cytokine dysregulation, and loss of immune tolerance. SLE CD4+ T cells support investigations of autoreactive immune responses, immune signaling pathways, and therapeutic modulation of systemic autoimmunity. Cryopreserved cells provide high viability and reproducible performance for downstream functional and molecular assays.
