Thyroid eye disease (TED) is an autoimmune condition, most often associated with Graves’ disease, driven by IGF-1R and TSH receptor autoantibodies that cause orbital tissue inflammation. Sanguine collects fresh whole blood from IRB-consented donors with a clinically confirmed TED diagnosis for autoimmune and ophthalmic research.
