MPS II, or Hunter syndrome, is an X-linked lysosomal storage disorder caused by iduronate-2-sulfatase (IDS) deficiency, leading to glycosaminoglycan accumulation and multi-system disease. Sanguine collects fresh whole blood from IRB-consented donors with a clinically confirmed MPS II diagnosis for rare disease and genomic research.
