Adderall XR 30mg once daily. Synthroid 125mcg once daily. Cymbalta ER 30mg once daily. Singulair 10mg once daily. Hydroxyqloroquine 300mg daily. Omeprazole 40mg twice daily. Cyclobenzaprine 10mg once daily. Meloxicam 15mg prn. Clonazepam .5mg 1/2 to full tablet once daily prn. Vyvgart 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, and IVIG 40G two days every other week.
Mestinon/60mg/4 times daily Prednisone tapering dose IVIG one dose (yearly) Zetia for cholesterol
