Sjogren’s Syndrome CD8+ T Cells

Sjögren’s Syndrome CD8+ T Cells

CD8+ T Cells for Autoimmune Exocrine Gland Research

Human CD8+ T Cells are isolated from peripheral blood of IRB-consented donors diagnosed with Sjögren’s syndrome. CD8+ cytotoxic lymphocytes contribute to immune-mediated epithelial damage and chronic inflammatory signaling affecting salivary and lacrimal glands. These cells are suitable for studies examining immune dysregulation, cytotoxic activation, and therapeutic modulation of autoimmune responses.
