Systemic Lupus Erythematosus CD3 T Cells are isolated from peripheral blood of IRB-consented adult donors diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). These SLE CD3+ T lymphocytes reflect the immune dysfunction associated with SLE and are valuable for investigating T cell phenotypes, cytokine secretion, exhaustion, and inflammation in autoimmunity and chronic disease.
